Solicitor Panel

At Birmingham Bank, Dual Representation and Separate Representation options are available on purchases and remortgages using one of our solicitor panel listed below.  

Borrowers are responsible for paying legal fees directly to the solicitor firm, and you can view our Legal fee scale here.

Alternatively, if a borrower prefers to use their own solicitor or conveyancing firm, they can do so, simply supply the firm's full details during the full application process via the broker portal.

Please note that for loans involving a title split, a bank panel solicitor will complete the conveyancing on a sole representation basis.
