Role
Birmingham Bank has created the role of Savings Product Manager with responsibility for supporting delivery of the savings product strategy and ensuring sustainable balance sheet growth. Our savings team is responsible for the entire end-to-end savings process – from origination, through credit decisioning, legal, drawdown and in-life performance. Birmingham Bank does ‘Savings’ a little differently – and we’re looking for talented individuals who can think differently to deliver the right outcomes.

The role will work heavily with our Finance/Treasury, Marketing, and Operational teams and you’ll need to be excellent at working with others across the business to maximise their knowledge in growing our savings product and digital solutions. You will have genuine ownership – from strategy, market expertise to delivery.
This is a role for a Product Manager who wants to get things moving quickly; who can set a product strategy and align the business around this, who can work with data, designers and with a dedicated full-stack engineering team to build and optimise something they are truly proud of.
