What credit history can we accept?

Here is more clarity about what we accept so you don’t get any surprises

We are pleased to say that we can consider low-level satisfied CCJs under £250, however we look for an otherwise clean credit history, for both individuals and SPVs.

Here are our credit history tolerances:

  • We can only accept borrowers who have not had any CCJs or defaults over £250 within the last 36 months, however, satisfied CCJs or defaults below £250 can be considered by an underwriter.

  • The most recent defaults or secured arrears we can consider is 36 months or more. We can also consider borrowers with unsecured arrears no more than 2+ down worst status in the last 3 years.

  • We can not consider borrowers who have had bankruptcies or debt relief orders; IVA or debt management plans, or a repossession

You can see our full credit history requirements on the intermediary site here.
