Over the last quarter, here are some of the ways we met your requests: 

  • We launched the new 'Origin' Broker Portal
  • Made major price reductions keeping our rates market leading through Q1 
  • Increased headcount in the Completions and Underwriting teams
  • Increased BDMs and made several highly experienced appointments in Sales and Marketing... with more to come in Q2

  • Fixed our tariffs for standard valuations to simplify and improve the process

  • Made criteria changes - broadening and normalising our lending policy further

  • Added two more solicitors to our panel
