Two new solicitor firms added to panel

We are pleased to announce that we have added an additional two solicitor firms to our panel.  

You spoke, we listened!

From this coming Monday 24th March, you'll be able to select from TWM and Isaacson & Partners in addition to our existing choices, JMW and Lightfoots, when you're next keying an app on our portal. You can see our full panel list here. 

Dual Representation and Separate Representation options are available on Purchases and Remortgages. You can see our Legal fee scale in the Broker Library here.

Why have we added more? You told us that you would prefer more choice, especially in busy times. This is just one of the ways we continue to improve our offering to meet the high expectations that our intermediary partners expect.
